Is an RFID scanner required?
For scan-based checkout, yes — each checkout station needs a compatible USB RFID reader (RC522-type). Without a reader, employees can still check equipment in and out by searching the machine's name, serial number, or asset number.
Can I track equipment without an hour meter?
Yes. EQP Flow supports estimated-runtime tracking for machines without a meter, and estimated hours are always clearly labelled.
Can multiple employees access EQP Flow?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited operator accounts. Paid-role seats cover owners, admins, managers, and mechanics.
Can I assign equipment to different crews?
Yes. Equipment can be assigned to crews, routes, and trucks, with optional manager approval when someone outside the crew checks a machine out.
What happens after the free trial?
Your records are preserved. The company owner can subscribe to keep full access, and you can export your data at any time.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the billing page. Downgrades keep all of your records.
Can I add more equipment?
Yes. Equipment capacity add-ons let you grow beyond your plan's base allowance without changing plans.
Are operator accounts free?
Yes. Operators and viewers don't count against paid-role seats on any plan.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel from the billing page at any time. Your service history and records are preserved.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Equipment service history can be exported as PDF reports, and company data export is available to owners.
Does EQP Flow automatically find manufacturer manuals?
No. You upload a manufacturer PDF or provide a direct PDF link, and EQP Flow can extract proposed maintenance intervals with exact page references. Nothing activates without your approval.
