What we collect
Account information (name, email), company details, and the equipment, maintenance, inspection, and inventory records your company enters into EQP Flow.
How we use it
To operate the service: showing your fleet to your team, calculating maintenance schedules, generating reports, and processing subscriptions. We do not sell your data or use your company's records for advertising.
Company isolation
Each organization's data is isolated and accessible only to its authorized members. Employees you approve see your company's data; other companies never do.
Payment information
Payments are processed by our payment provider. EQP Flow never stores card numbers.
Data retention and export
Your records are preserved for as long as your account exists, including after a trial expires. Company owners can export company data. When a company requests deletion, there is a grace period to download everything before records are permanently removed.
Security
Access is protected by authentication, role-based permissions, and row-level data isolation. Shop terminals use short-lived sessions with employee PINs.
