The service
EQP Flow is an equipment maintenance and fleet management platform. It helps businesses track equipment, maintenance schedules, inspections, work orders, inventory, and service history.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Company owners manage their own employees' access and roles.
Your data
Your company's records — equipment, service history, manuals, and employee information — belong to you. You can export your data at any time. We do not sell customer data.
Free trials
New organizations may start one 14-day free trial. No credit card is required. When a trial expires, your records are preserved and the company owner can subscribe to restore full access.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in Canadian dollars, monthly or annually, excluding applicable taxes. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the billing page. Cancellation preserves your records.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another organization's data, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
Manufacturer information
Maintenance intervals and troubleshooting guidance extracted from manufacturer documents are proposals that require your review and approval. You are responsible for verifying them against the official documentation for your equipment.
Availability
We work to keep EQP Flow reliable, but the service is provided as is. Safety-critical decisions about equipment remain the responsibility of qualified personnel.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
